A friendly, timed 1 km swim where you choose a lane that matches your pace. We scan your QR wristband at the start and finish; your time appears online and in the app so you can track your progress.
How it works

Pick up your silicone band at the pool. It links your swims to your profile.
Join a lane group ~15, ~20, ~25, ~35 or ~45 minutes. Seeded starts keep it smooth.
